CEEX

The National Research Program, CEEX was first initiated during 2005 by the Scientific Research National Authority. The program was adopted by the Government Decision no. 368/2005 and activated by the Decision no.1077/2005.

Program’s Target

The program's target goes for holding the partnership between the scientific units and institutions, universities and companies for the betterment of the Romanian research quality, for the increase of the number and the abilities of researchers, for them to offer their contribution to major projects as well as for conducting their results.

For this matter the program is looking for backing up the research and development quality and performances improvement, meaning::

• By increasing the economic units effectiveness
• By reaching the necessary compatibility and competition level needed for an European research level
• Preparation for the next CTU program the 7 frame of the European Union for 2007-2013
