PROGRAM 4 (PN II) - Partnerships in priority areas

National Research, Development and Innovation II Program, approved by Government Decision no. 75 / 2007, 2007-2013, is the main instrument through which the National Authority for Scientific Research (NASR), implements the National Strategy for RDI.

Program 4 interest is to create conditions for better cooperation between different entities of R & D and innovation, companies and / or units of government in order to solve the identified problems.

The overall objective is to increase the competitiveness of the CD by stimulating partnerships in priority areas, resulting in technology, innovative products and services to solve complex problems and creating mechanisms for implementation.

The implementation and achievement of objectives in Program 4 - Partnerships in priority areas will be made through out these types of projects:

  • Complex projects - PC;
  • Scale complex projects - PC-A

PROGRAM 4 (PN II) "CAPACITY"

The second program of the National Plan for Research, Development and Innovation for 2007-2013 (PN II), known as Program 4 - CAPACITY, is designed to develop the capacity of national research and development and innovation (RDI) to be the promoter of the sustainable economic development, allocation of resources from public funds.

The program supports projects that address priority areas set out in the National Strategy CD research, development and innovation for the 2007-2013 period

The program's aim is to develop research capacity, opening the CDI system to the international scientific environment and its organic connection to the national socio-economic environment.
