16.08.2011 The transmission of the paper’s abstract (which will include a maximum of 150-200 words) and the transmission of the participation counterfoil through fax, e-mail or post.

30.08.2011 Confirmation of the acceptance of papers and receiving the detailed instruction for the final paper.

20.09.2011 deadline for transmitting the papers.
